Healthy Habits: Apple Cider Vinegar shots

Hi there! 

One of my newest resolutions this year (or as I call them "Healthy Habits"), is drinking Apple Cider Vinegar on a daily basis. It's one of those healthy habits that is a "must do" in the holistic health world. I took 2 tsp and filled the rest of my shot glass with water. It was super easy to take being that it is diluted down. Try it! I only recommend Bragg's Organic - Unpasteurized Apple Cider Vinegar with the 'Mother'.
(The 'mother' is the most nutritious part of the Apple Cider Vinegar and is very beneficial to digest. Often the ‘mother’ settles to the bottom of the bottle. It is recommend to shake 
the bottle lightly to distribute the ‘mother’ before dispensing)
